What Do Chiropractors Do?
Chiropractors use a range of techniques to help relieve symptoms of pain, discomfort, poor posture to name a few. These techniques may include manual therapy, adjustments, exercise programmes and advice.
What Should I Expect At My First Session?
The initial session is 45 minutes long, consisting of a discussion about your symptoms, an assessment and a first treatment.
You may be asked to take off your outer clothes in order to see the area requiring treatment and to allow proper assessment of the area.
How Do I Pay?
By cash or BACs payment - currently card payment is unavailable but this is due to change in the near future.
How Often Do I Need To Be Treated?
The aim is to help with your symptoms as quickly and appropriately as possible, however this will vary dependent on your complaint, length of time you've had a problem, severity and your aims/goals of treatment. This will be discussed with you at each session. For maintenance sessions, this can be discussed with your chiropractor to get the best results for you.
